A smaller sized variant of whaat is thought to be a type of buxifolium. The white berries it produces seasonally would point for it to be that species but unfortunately we have yet to make a positive identification from a taxonomist who specializes in those ericaeae. This locale was originally found in south eastern Ecuador very close to the Peruvian border.
