A very rare and personal favorite in the Atlas greenhouses is the silver leaved schismatoglottis from the deep central rainforest of West Kalimantan. We hand selected clones from our operations in Borneo to make sure we produced plants with the most robust growth as possible. Just like several of its members in its family genus this species is found growing in and around streams and moving bodies of water where it thrives in higher humidity and bright filtered lighting.
