A somewhat common pendant species of large film fern often found growing on trees throughout the amazonas of South America. In terrariums a slight draft is recommended to mimic its natural growing conditions which may seem a bit unorthodox given that most other film ferns do not tolerate drafts of wind. During the dry season these ferns will shrivel up until the morning or evening mist/fog replenishes it. Quite hardy for a film fern in my opinion. Our ferns come from Colombia and Ecuador from various regions of the Amazonas.
