This beautiful medium sized species once mature will develop a more uniform silver line pattern down the center of its leaves. We recommend growing this species in lower light levels to really bring out its best appearance. Original specimens were sourced from northern Peru but we have observed the same species in the Morona Santiago region of Ecuador as well.
