Perhaps one of the most popular Anthurium species of all time, having been popular with enthusiasts all the way back to the Victorian Era when specimens were collected and brought back to Europe by the Spanish and English.
There are a variety of clones in existence today which have produced some phenomenal cultivars and color tones. Our plants were selected from a private grower's nursery in central Colombia and chosen for their darker colored foliage, and have been in cultivation here in the United States for close to a decade.
